Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using SummerReady (“the App”), operated by Modulo LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

SummerReady is a fitness tracking application designed to help you build daily habits. The App is provided for general informational and motivational purposes only.

Not Medical Advice: The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

Purchases

The App offers a one-time, lifetime purchase to unlock full features. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Accounts

You may create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the App, scraping data, using automated tools to interact with the App, or interfering with its normal operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Modulo LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from use of the App will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modulo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
