SummerReady (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Modulo LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application (“the App”).

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address to create your account.

Check-in Data: Your daily check-in data (steps, strength training, nutrition) is stored locally on your device using SQLite. We do not upload this data to our servers.

Purchase Data: When you make a purchase, Apple or Google processes the transaction. We receive a transaction receipt to verify your purchase but do not store payment information.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the App
  • To verify purchases and restore access
  • To improve the App experience

Data Storage

Your check-in data is stored locally on your device. We use Firebase Authentication for account management. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase Authentication & Firestore — for sign-in and storing account and onboarding data (Google LLC)
  • Sentry — for crash reporting and error monitoring (Functional Software, Inc.)
  • Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing — for in-app purchases

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized crash reports may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App. If you need assistance, contact us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
